Sanjeevan offers a comprehensive range of home care services designed to address the unique needs of patients suffering from chronic and incurable illnesses. This encompasses deploying skilled health professionals who provide invaluable support within the familiar surroundings of the patient’s home. This support includes nursing care, primary healthcare services, social support and counselling to alleviate physical and emotional distress. Moreover, caregivers, both family and volunteer are given vital training to provide compassionate and competent care. The project currently serves approximately 3,000 patients in Puducherry, helping them find comfort and relief in their homes during their most challenging moments.
