Our journey of community based homecare
The Sanjeevan Palliative Care is a collaborative initiative between the Sri Aurobindo Society and the Institute of Palliative Medicine (IPM) in Kerala, has been actively working since 2014 with the noble mission of enhancing the quality of life during the final phase of existence for individuals afflicted by chronic and incurable diseases. The heart of this initiative lies in establishing easily accessible, community-based palliative care services.
